Pop Up Blockers

Dare I ask you folks another question please?

How do I access the setting to change the pop-up blocker on my p.c?

I have gone into 'Settings' and then 'Advanced settings' but can't see any mention of pop-up blocker anywhere.

Chrome at the moment.

I'll tell you what happened. I was reading an email saying something from Parcelforce was on its way, and I could track it.
I clicked on the tracking number but just got a blank screen.
Then I noticed in the top right hand corner a little 'x' and that said that Parcelforce website was blocked by the pop-up blocker. I found a way to unblock it, but now wish I hadn't, and I can't put the blocker back on again.
