Me too! I haven't even ventured to the beach yet I was champing at the bit to go during lockdown. I'm just a wuss when it comes to busy beaches though, hate 'em.

Joking apart. Do you think you have changed much in the last year or so?
That could mean anything....
So I would say “ YES” I have changed dramatically as a person, from the inside, my pattern of thought has definitely changed for the better.
I am also very excited for the future, every day is exciting as you never know what or who it will bring into that day.
Today I had a lovely day, met two charming ladies whilst having a latte, with their children.
I also met at the bus stop a 19 yr old girl with the same faith as each other, so we had a great chin wag....
My weight stays the same , exercise and watching what I eat keeps it down..I get stressed if I put on a pound, can’t stand feeling uncomfortable with excess weight....
