Re: Which browser are you using?

As far as miss-spellings being underlined in red, my old Firefox 2 does that now. I will upgrade to the latest Firefox when I move and get the new Mac hooked up and working.

When I downloaded Firefox it transferred all my Favorites.

For me the jury is still out on Chrome.

Hi Topaz,
To import bookmarks from ie9 then:
1. Open chrome
2. Click on tools (Spanner icon top right)
3. Click "options"
4. Click "personal stuff" (left hand column)
5. Click "import data from another browser"
6. Follow instructions

Hope this helps...

Thanks Barry .......... Can you tell me if it COPIES or TRANFERS them though , cos i`d like the option of still having them in IE9 should I choose to use that too .

So, please click the following link and it will not only tell you what browser you are using, but will also show you details about what features your browser supports:

My browser info

It will also let me know how many people on Over50sforum use which browser too - which I can then take a look at and use to post more specific installation info for those who want to change to Chrome or another modern browser
Thanks Azz-- You have already convinced me on the other Dogsey forum. I changed from IE to chrome on my old laptop with windows xp and found an instant improvement. I have bought a new laptop with windows7 and have gone onto chrome straight away.
