Now they have decided that eggs aren't bad for our hearts after all:-
"For decades, doctors have been telling us that eggs raise our cholesterol.
They made the same claim regarding prawns: they raise cholesterol; then changed their mind and said they didn't raise it one iota. It makes you wonder where they got the information from in the first place.
I am convinced there is a mass human trial going on whereby they tell us to stop eating X and start eating Y then they sit back for 30 years and see if it makes any notable difference. If it doesn't, they then give X a reprieve and put Y on notice! Then add Z as a replacement culprit. I think that's about as scientific as they get in the early stages
