Glad she was OK Mups but what you describe wouldn't make me want to work there so you can see why people shy away and it takes a lot of money to get them in there.

That incident sounds awful Mups but I suspect it isn't that unusual sometimes - why do people want to be abusive towards someone who is not in a position of authority? What is the point of that?

I think until this kind of situation is resolved, maybe the problems with A&E will continue; what the answer is (other than having security guards to just eject anyone who starts performing like that) I don't know.

I'm pleased your friend's injury wasn't as serious as she had feared though.
