Hi Steve have you been taught how to clear your chest using 'huffing' .

I think you have to breathe deeply down to the bottom of your lungs, 3 times & then cough, I may be wrong!

I try to remember to breath deeply in the mornings, inhale through nose, exhale through mouth, always feel better afterwards ....

Twiz that is partly right but you don't cough you 'huff' from deep in your chest which is like blowing out candles on a birthday cake using you lungs and chest muscles.

Think this was what my uncle used to do years ago, when I was a little girl, he used to open the window and take huge breaths and then blow like blazes.
He did this every morning and the air wouldn't be that good but it must have helped him or he would've stopped.
