At least they don;t tase like chicken.

Those white berries certainly don't make the mouth water like ripe, red strawberries do. I'd try them if I had the chance though.
As for disappearing in a dish of cream - perhaps one could tint the cream pink for contrast?

This is nouveau cuisine gorn mad pastel blue cream to go with white strawberries which taste like pineapple hmmmmm very interesting.
I have two pineapples in the fridge and as soon as I can rid myself of this cold I shall be jam making.
