And not just parents in particular cases, the whole bloody Benefits fiasco.
Exactly this: Social Services in particular need to be held responsible for any children that are allegedly suffering another form of parental neglect of which hunger surely is one.
They're quick enough to act (decisively, too) when any child is at risk of any other form of abuse.

We should not be nationalising children.

UK taxation will certainly change though in what way will be interesting to see. Benefits and the whole of the Socialist "Welfare State" and especially the NHS will be pruned big time.

Rather than child allowances I really would like to see a child tax - and I'm being VERY serious.

Nah... I don't see kids as being a tax burden.

Obviously, they don't expect us to be using them as the vaccine arrives.

So where does the cash come from to pay the child benefit? Then there's the cost of education the kids and providing them free health care.

Now not only giving scummy kids scummy parent/s child Benefit but feeding the kids too.

Of course their a tax burden AND a motivation for the dumb and indolent to breed.

Just restrict benefits to 2 children.

Not enough. Tax the parent. If tax is not paid then garnish such Benefits the parent gets or enforce adoption.

This may seem harsh and it's possible some might think that I'm just playing the WUM card but believe me, I'm not.
