Re: My hospital stay.

Thanks everybody. I had the stitches out today.

Not a pretty sight but better than a week ago. I've been advised to massage the scar with Bio Oil so I sent Tony to the chemist for some - hope it works.

Re: My hospital stay.

Glad it's all over, and the stitches are out now, Carol.
Well done. Fair old bruise though.
You just need to look after that wound now, and get yourself beautiful again for Christmas.

Re: My hospital stay.

Carol you actually look much better now the stitches are out and you are in a more relaxed mood.
With a bit of bio oil and 3 months healing you will be looking great by Christmas.

Glad to see it's healing well now the stitches are out Carol.

Vaseline is another good after stitches treatment for the wound, it not only keeps the wound clean it helps to heal it as well.

Re: My hospital stay.

My scar now. It's still lumpy & a bit withered but fading well. I have a sore spot I'm a bit bothered about. Going to hospital to have it checked over on Monday.

I was drawn to that lovely smile face, I wouldn't notice the scar had I not known. If you are concerned you do right to get it checked.
Good luck x
