I love the light in this photo. The three different layers of light in the clouds is interesting.

Ironic really, we look back on some of our old black and white photos and often say it's a shame it wasn't in colour....

Not at all - I like both. Depends on the photo.

The colour version was very much just sand and grey sky. The bit of colour it had got in the way. Much better in mono for me.
