Addressing a post.

In a respectful manner.

I am learning to do this...I must say...it makes me feel good.

How about you?...

You can learn a lot about yourself on a forum.

That's if you are listening of course.

With the utmost respect, I'm not entirely sure what you're on about.

Re: Addressing a post.

Dex, I am confused too.

Not sure quite what you mean by - 'addressing a post' - Pauline?

Do you mean respect when replying to someone's answer, or respect when starting a thread - or neither?

Writing the address as follows with a permanent marker:
Mr. Post
3rd Entrance
Plot No.57
Dalby Forest
North Yorks.

Make sure the DHL driver doesn't get lost.

A post code would be helpful - most people use them nowadays .....

Re: Addressing a post.

I think Pauline, if you had titled your thread, ‘Undressing A Post’ instead of ‘Addressing A Post’, there would have been no confusion from the men on here!

The wording of a post can be taken in so many different ways. I have seen posts that may seem perfectly normal but if you read into them, they have a subtle nasty undertone.
