Gingers are fab dunkers.
In an emergency, working on the principle that they couldn't go soggy and drop to a sludge in bottom of the cup ... I did experiment with garibaldi once ..but boy do they go chewy and stretchy. Not nice.

Thank you Rehab, that's very kind ... I confess I did feel a small measure of self-congratulation and smuggery as I thwacked the crap stretchy garibaldi on the edge of the table, spraying everywhere with tea, before throwing it in the bin.

Biscuit tester and taster is indeed a worthy pastime.

There are very few people in this country, nay the world, who would be courageous enough to take on a Garabaldi in its native environment . Many have tried and many have failed and now reside in our psychiatric hospitals, broken individuals who tried to go one step beyond. well done
