The choice of Insurance schemes is yours, the treatment however is exactly the same, it is a fixed cost system, each provider gets paid exactly the same.
You can extra for a private room etc, but treatment costs are fixed.
The system here in the UK is much less efficient, Guy is having to wait for his notes from Bristol where he was last registered.

No, they still have private hospitals where you pay for better accommodation or for things like boob jobs.
However the treatment is the same and there are no waiting lists.
It is very different to here.
