Hi Bakerman, if I am making Kievs it all depends what the weather is like. If it is hot like it is now, I usually just serve it with a nice crisp green salad. In autumn-winter, it is usually served up with ether baby new potatoes and green beans or sometimes a little-creamed or maybe plain jacket potato with green beans. The same goes for Hunters Chicken, like Kievs, they are so filling they hardly need anything substantial as a side dish.
