Hard boiled egg, grated cheese and diced tomato - mashed up with butter until spreadable - then used to fill home made crusty rolls!

I also make my own version of a club sandwich when I am really hungry.

You need three slices of toast for this.
Bottom layer - buttered toast, sliced chicken breast, garlic mayonnaise.
Add another slice of toast - buttered on both sides.
On top of that put slices of tomato, cucumber, chopped scallions, grated cheese and a chutney of some kind.
Top it off with another slice of buttered toast !

Love Coronation Chicken in a baked spud - never tried it in a sandwich - you might just have started a whole new craze!

I've cut down on bread but I still fancy a cheese and ham sandwich occasionally.
I take two wraps to work each night, usually chicken or tuna with lettuce and mayo.

Spread cheese on sliced wholemeal bread, one of the slices being the crust, slathered with piccalilli (must be a Yorkshire thing).

Failing that, cheddar cheese with Branston pickle on the same type of bread and an honourable mention goes to thinly sliced ham with sandwich spread.

This stuff in case you haven't heard of it. Basically salad cream with finely chopped pickled veg in it.
