We used to have a bread delivery man and anytime I mentioned the weather to him all he would do was stare at the sky and say "Amazing, truly amazing how the weather changes" I don't think he was ever the full shilling.
There's no pleasing some folks with weather though, a short while ago they were moaning about the heat, now they're moaning about the rain.
I’m sure if you put some folks into Buckingham Palace to live with servants at their beck and call they would find something to moan about, but few are that privileged so the weather has to be the ordinary mans scapegoat.
Cheer up, as Michael Fish used to say when signing off, “They’ll be more weather tomorrow”
