Help - sick and tired of Internet Explorer

Can anyone help?, I am so sick and tired of
Internet Explorer, just want to know if I can uninstall it?
it's driving me nuts,Facebook and another forum it keeps
coming up with an error script, and especially on facebook
I can't get rid of it,so I have to click on to my browser
again and start all over,it also comes up on Friends Reunited,
and says access denied,I'm just so sick of it,I could
chuck the computer,Microsoft is absolute CRAP,why do
we have to put up with Microsoft,is'nt there anything
else that could do the same job?

www.opera.com is my personal favourite
Then there's a brand new browser from google which is very user friendly: http://www.google.co.uk/chrome
Then there's www.firefox.com

No need to uninstall Internet explorer - just install one of the above and use it instead

I don't know about Opera and Chrome but I do know I have been running Firefox for several years and can't fault it. IE is a definite no, no, as far as I'm concerned.

I use both Explorar and Firefox.

Both have got there good points.

I use Firefox because I can bypass the Block that the Daily Show and other American shows puts up for their video clips

I use Firefox. Just download it - it`s free. It`ll ask you if you want it to be your default, say yes and IE won`t appear again. Joy
I once deleted IE in fury and had to reinstall cos I got problems with Windows.

Have you got the wonderful add-on called Textarea (I think) that you can get with Firefox. It keeps a note of everything you tap in, so if the site you're using has a bad hair day and crashes as you post the best piece you have ever written ... you just go to the ?Textarea? icon, and there is every word of wisdom you have written since logging in. You just click 'copy and close' and your bons mots are restored.

You have to keep IE to get updates from Microsoft, . . I just let it take a back seat for these, . . if I could give it the elbow I would.
