I had to send it in as they needed to install new software because of a carrier change. Just came by UPS; mailed it last Wednesday. Not a bad turnaround period. I use it rarely, but I was surprised at how much I missed the security of having it available.

That must be a huge relief for you Eileen ...... it's surprising that even if you don't use something very often, you really miss it when it's not there..
