Sorry to hear that Rhian.....
You body has been through a major battle and has come out the other side victorious. However, the energy needed to win that battle will take quite some time to replenish. Be a patient patient and try to avoid too many physical things for a while.
You fitness will see you through.........

I have seen the effects of long covid on younger fit people like yourself.

It wasn’t me calling her that, but the iPad autocorrect! I corrected it immediately on spotting it.
