Great Pottery Throwdown

Great Pottery Throwdown.

New season started for all fans of this programme. (Like me )
A nice gentle show to while away an hour or so.

Channel 4 on Fridays but having no TV licence, I watched the first episode last night on All4 catch-up. Some skilled potters in this lot.

After that, I watched a Lego builders championship

I wish I'd have learned pottery.
I did a short course many years ago, but it was more clay modelling, we didn't get to use the Wheel.

Lego? Nah. Not for me thanks.

I watched the Pottery Challenge last night. I love it, they are so talented, I used to do pottery but never got to that standard.

A much deserved winner - that cheese board and pickle jars combo were exquisite.

I loved the dog motif & knobs. She is a very good potter.

I agree. Such detail - even down to the holes in the cheeses on the lids.

Was Beckham in it?

I remember reading somewhere a while ago that he'd struggled to build a large Lego something-or-other
