Re: Achievements

I used to work at a manic pace, not for promotion or mega pay increases, just the way I work, my success was producing information that was clear enough not to be questioned on, some managers were quite scared of questioning.

Re: Achievements

I can read and write and I have a quite good command of my native language..viz..Australian English..and I have managed to obtain a quite reasonable education. (two degrees) I managed a career for 35 years and it was, for the most part, a successful one. I have been part of a successful family that has managed to stay together and remain close. I started playing guitar when I was 13 and I have managed to stick to it all my life (so far) I own my own home. I have enough to live comfortably. I consider that a great achievement seeing that a massive percentage of the world's people have none of that. But then again mostly it's just luck. I chose my parents well.

What a very nice attribution! Nothing like the good fortune of parents who, more than passing on good genes, provide a rich and secure childhood full of opportunities. Like you, I thank my lucky stars for my parents.

By any measure, your achievements are grand ones! Once you are toilet trained and have a modicum of literacy, the world is your oyster .
