To be fair, it is only the USA's electoral college that can officially announce the winner of the presidental election.

The media might be right but, conversely, a few things yet could still bite them on the bottom besides all the votes which still haven't been counted in close-run states.
Look at Arizona as just one example: an estimated 70,000 votes still to count & Biden has a slim lead of around 17,000.

And besides, didn't Biden himself say "'When the count is finished, we believe we will be the winner'" and "every vote will be counted"?

You need to understand how American elections work. Trump is still president and the election is not over.

The good news for the republicans is that the left never think things through properly so when it comes to voter fraud it's guaranteed they will have made a pigs ear of it.
