I've only recently discovered the joys of iPlayer, have watched a couple of movies and a number of drama series. I'ts straightforward and free. And I'd always be pleased to hear about anything good currently available.
ITV Hub, is it as good? I've not signed up yet, it seems you have to pay for ad-free, and I've just looked at the selection of movies: Poor. I'd be interested in Drama & Soaps minus the soaps.

No its not quite free. you have to pay for a TV licence £157.50 for a year to use it legally.
sorry d00d i wasnt being pedantic. i used to watch loads of iPlayer on my PC till the BBC changed the rule and said you had to pay for a licence even to watch catch up programs on iPlayer. I dont have a TV so Im not paying for a licence.

... fair enough.
I don't begrudge paying especially when it becomes so easy to weed out the dross by not having a TV dishing it out for hours on end, I can watch just an hour or two of quality production a day and a time I choose .... iPlayer.
I used to enjoy the news, national & local, but since everything's been put on hold because of the virus I've given up on that.
