We had some welcome rain yesterday afternoon........about 20 spots. It looks like being the hosepipe again today.

Morning all, cloudy but dry, which is surprising as the Hoppings are here and it usually pours down due to the supposed curse of a Gypsy in the past.

Off with a friend to have lunch, and go shopping in the nearest big town, particularly to a supermarket that only sells food (a novel idea these days) and has a much bigger range of interesting veggies than locally. I am hoping there will be okra. I just love my New Orleans style chicken sausage gumbo...

Weather here is dull but fresh, which is pleasnt.

Good morning folks a beautiful sunny start with a cloudless day. We also had a few drops of rain last evening Alan, lasted all of two minutes
