Sorry Arty.......(And nothing to do with the Americans) But I hate the word and it will be banned from my vocabulary forth with....I will continue to Go on my 'Holidays'....whether it be at home or abroad.....

Incidentally, I thought 'Furloughed' was a new word, I'd never heard it before.....Until I was going through some old documents, and apparently my Grandad was 'furloughed' from the army after the first world war...According to a letter of commendation from his C/O....
