I'm off to the Health Suite shortly as I am in the mood for a wallow in the Jacuzzi and then a spell in the Steam Room, followed by 15 minutes in the Sauna, then another wallow in the Jacuzzi. But I'll have to do my lengths first. The Health Suite is not open when I usually swim early so it has to be a later trip....Blooming pest.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)Good morning everybody. Been raining here last night. Of to see Bohemian Rhapsody later with a friend. Then tonight a fashion show with neighbours at the bowling club. Roxy he is a Scottish author and writes mostly about Maryhill. I've read quite a few of his books and enjoy them.
