Not everyone can be a boss the key is I think most employees would be happy with less if they knew the boss appreciated them and wasn't raking in the cash instead of paying them fairly. I know when I've worked for decent bosses I'm not as worried about pay rises but treated badly I'm likely to think I'm worth more than this and want a pay rise.

well I read that the national min wage and living age are one and the same of £7.20 from the 1st Oct 2016. As we havnt yet reached the end of oct I dont see how it is possible to say firms are not paying it. Most people nowerdays get paid monthly so there can be no possible way of saying they are not being paid correctly, and also the £7.20 only applies to people over 25.
