Who needs a metal detector?
I can tell with my eyes shut the diff between a piece of metal and a piece of wood by just banging it with my hammer.
But forget about the gold, if you think you can find some out there in the desert, you're welcome to it.
Occasionally, Aussies get out there to see what they can find and they either get lost or fall down an old mine shaft.
Receiving a pension every fortnight is a lot safer in my opinion.

May, if you don't mind, write out your request in triplicate.
Send one copy to the supervisors, one to my address and keep one copy for yourself. Hang it up on your bedroom wall or any other location.
I will then put you on my ignore list.

Count yourself lucky, you'll be the first one. I haven't even thought about creating a list so far.
