I'm back
Greetings offers . . . . how are you all ? . . . I've been absent for some weeks again due to mucking about with cars again.A young lady asked me to fix her 1997 Ford Puma . . . the alarm had been going off and draining the battery . . . her boyfriend got a pair of wire cutters and made a right mess of the electrics . . . the car would start but as soon as the lights were switched on the engine died . . . the poor girl has been without her car for 6 months . . . needless to say I fixed it for her and it's running fine now.
I now have a degree of fame . . . the local "Falkirk Herald" did a feature of me this week about me restoring the old Daihatsu jeep 2 years agao . . . yeah, a whole half page write-up . . . now the "Stirling Observer" want to come and do a feature too . . . .
Oh lord it's hard to be humble, but I'm perfect in every way,
Each time I look in the mirror, I get better looking each day,
To know me is to love me, I guess I'm a heck of a man,
Oh lord it's hard to be humble, but I'm doin the best that I can.

I've got an old Citroen XM you can wave your magic fingers over if you like
in fact if you can collect it's yours for 'nowt (Now there's an offer any good Scotsman couldn't refuse)
