Usually,the pipe is tracked using a 'pinger',to the main stop...which is invariably close to one of two places...your wall, or the edge of your garden.
But shutting off the water to your indoor pipes is usually under the kitchen sink, at the far back,at the lowest point. Besta luck,Honeybee.
