I dodged school every day . I went to assembly , sang the silly hymns , then cleared off down the beach or to Mrs Mowbrays who was a friends mum who loved our company and never told us off . The only class i attended was sewing as the new trendy teacher would play Beatles music on a record player .Re: Were You A Prefect At School? Or Something Else?
I wasn't a prefect, but as I'd stayed on until 6th year I was often chosen to represent the school, along with a girl, at various functions. Quite often these were primary schools where it was my job to answer questions and initiate discussions about what it was like to move to a grown up school.Re: Were You A Prefect At School?
