Just did 5213 steps 3.8ks 24 floors it took me 40 minutes

If I had scenery like that Muddy, I would certainly be encouraged to walk .... so beautiful

Yes agree, I only focused on a runner in front if i felt comfortable that i could gradually overhaul him, anyone else around me didnt really exist. I was in the end more interested in finishing I agree that anything under 10 miles was a case of just go for it , but I often found that I was running beyond my comfortable speed. Anyway those days have now long gonethose Sunday morning runs when you felt you could go on for ever
