It was a general question, Morti. I'm not saying you personally have lost your marbles.
Anyway, now I've gone off topic so I'll sod off.

Re: Water Fasting.

Fine thanks Floydy, broke the fast yesterday afternoon with a couple of slices of toast lightly buttered and a frothy coffee. Been eating lightly since.

That's good, Roxy.
How was you hunger during your fasting? Did your energy levels suffer at all?

Re: Water Fasting.

The hunger was annoying but it didn't really kick in till the 36 hour mark. I kept myself busy out of the house the last hours so I got around it that way. Yes my energy has come back to where it should be as I've gotten rid of the sluggish tired feeling. I'd not like to do it for more than the 48 hours, actually not sure if I could.

I commend for trying it out Roxy, and if it helps you lose that sluggish feeling and loses you some weight in the process it shows you can make it work
Just use some caution though and don't take it too far

Re: Water Fasting.

I’m glad you did well also Rox!
You know yourself well enough and have lots of a common sense so I wasn’t too worried about you. You know not to take it too far.
I agree with Floyd in that it takes commitment and discipline to do what you did and I commend you also. Good stuff
