Dancing Under the Moon - Native American chant ... For me, this is just beautiful ...

This type of music was typical of the 1990's. DJ's would mix new music and then sample some very interesting music indeed.
The Native Americans was a great success, but a "band" from Romania/Germany produced by Michael Cretu who are still active have released some wonderfully evocative albums: Enigma.
Their first album was based entirely around the medieval monastery music of The Gregorian Chant and was a massive success.
