Why you can't compare Covid-19 vaccines

The 90+/60+ figures refer to the probability of developing symptomatic infection, ie. sore throat, coughing, etc. However all the vaccines have shown themselves to be successful in preventing Covid being so serious that it leads to hospitalisation or death. Obviously it won't be a perfect 100% as some people are at higher risk than others to begin with, but they're all highly effective at preventing severe disease in the majority of people
