Re: Should Prisoners have the vote?
I used to hold firm opinions, but I'm not really into politics these days Joan. I often think it is to do with power grabbing and control anyway. I believe there are good, bad and indifferent politicians in all parties and people don't necessarily go into politics for the "good" of the people or country . Can an individual be completely one sided anyway? There are always two sides to the coin and balance, together with perspective and the rationale behind things are so important.Re: Should Prisoners have the vote?
Yes, that's true. I guess I'm a lot left, a little right, and a sprinkling of green. The only thing I truly hate is extremism.Re: Should Prisoners have the vote?
Be very careful of the accumulative punishment syndrome, they have already been through the judicial system, and if you have never served time then its not possible to understand the effects of lose of liberty.
