I have never noticed that! Shows how well I read something, doesn't it.

Re: Amazon Lockers

I've seen these in supermarkets. I presume it's the "click and collect" option when you order your goods on their site.
I know my postman very well and he's happy to leave my parcels in a special area for me if I'm out. He has my permission to sign for them too.

Likewise, Floydy, and well worth the annual New Year's tip!

Re: Amazon Lockers

I had not heard of Amazon lockers either - but I have checked and the nearest one is about 15 miles away . . .

Re: Amazon Lockers

They have been in my local Morrisons quite awhile now. Not used it myself because I choose delivery to my local PO. I need to rethink this when I move.

Edited. There are three near where I’m moving to. Hurrah.

Get yourself a JR Swimmy they can hear a pin drop out the front .
Mine tells me if I have any visitors coming to the front door before they even ring the bell.
Great guard dogs loads of noise but as soft as you know what.
I often see delivery guys who don't know her ring the door bell and rush back and get behind the gate for safety.

Re: Amazon Lockers

I have never used one, we are home most of the time anyway and end up taking in parcels for most of the neighbours. I'm not sure I would want to use one tbh. Are they guaranteed to be safe from thieves? What if someone emptied the whole lot, would Amazon replace items free of charge?

I think you need a smartphone to open them ... a thing I don't have.

Me neither. I could order one but that's no good if it ends up inside the locker.
