What an Awesome speech Muddy.....Not bad for a grocer's daughter from Grantham.
Margaret Thatcher was to politics what Michael Schumacher was to Motor Racing, Muhammad Ali was to Boxing and Beethoven was to classical music.....
She was way ahead of her time and was treated abysmally at the end by her colleagues. She is worth fifty of those slackers who currently inhabit the houses of parliament.
Arguably the greatest prime minister of all time, definitely the best in my lifetime. She made mistakes like any other PM, but by God! She got stuff done, and was usually right in the long run, and certainly knew how things would turn out concerning the EU and if she was still here, we would be out of the EU and they would be paying us for the privilege...........

Thatcher knew what the EU was all about. She has been right all along.Just as I was posting about the ECB negative interest rates affecting pensions in the Eurozone a few weeks ago, this comes into the news. You won't find this in the MSM (no surprise) but you can bet your life this will become epidemic with the rest of the Eurozone and hitting German savers really hard.
Thatcher was right about the ERM and the common currency.
