Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Good Morning Lassies,a freezing dull cold one here so a stay at Home day for Me raking up the leaves in the garden...Daughter & SIL are coming for lunch after shopping in the City so will defrost a batch of ham & lentil soup for Them,Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Morning, A day of rain for us here but at least I don't have to scrape a load of ice off the car, so that's good.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
Good Afternoon Each,it's beginning to brighten up here after the rain, and I'm on a health kick (again)walking more and exercising as weight is starting to increase...I bought a box of magnums last week intending to have one every day for 8 days...they lasted just 3 days jeeze!...what the hell do they put in them to make them so addictive!Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
I know what you mean about Magnums love them lol. I had also decided to lose a bit weight if possible before Christmas, but I find it really hard to cope with the hunger pangs. Any coping ideas, cos when they get too bad that's when I'll have toast or something.Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
LoL,I know what You mean about losing weight especially in winter..I try and cut down on carb's and increase veg'/fruit..today, instead of making My usual cottage pie,I'll mash turnips/carrots/broccoli as a topping instead of potatoes...still warm, filling & healthier with a good helping of green beans....and nae biscuits or magnums.....also try not to snack in the evenings, drink lots of water green/fruit teas instead....You'll be too busy running back & forth to the loo easier said than done I know...Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)
