Corbyn and his Promises

Hi

Corbyn is after voting down the Government Deal.

He is promising seamless access to the Single Market.

No such Deal exists, you only get seamless access by remaining in the EU.

It is simply impossible to have a General Election and renegotiate a Deal before the end of March.

His only option is to revoke Article 50.

Re: Corbyn and his Promises

Corbyn talks complete nonsense saying he would choose to have something which is unavailable.
He has slyly sat on the fence throughout the whole leaving process for fear of alienating either his remain voting MPs or the vast number of Labour voters who voted leave.

Now his puppet masters have decided and as of last few days Corbyn is edging towards another referendum

We only have to look across the water to what is happening in France with the violent demonstrations to see what could happen here if the 'once in a lifetime' vote is not fulfilled.

Re: Corbyn and his Promises

Various labour MPs have been over to see the negotiators during the two year period, I am wondering what they have agreed ? if they have a deal better than TM has then I'd suggest EU is playing one party off against the other and meddling in our politics in a worrying and traitorous way.

Neither party has clean hands btw both are dealing us down the river with no paddles.

I don't think that labour MPs be any more successful than Tories .
I saw Emily Thornbury speaking on this subject And she was totally unconvincing .

It needs a cross party effort IMO why any one party believes they can do it alone baffles me. It was never a party political question both big parties have leavers and remainers in them.

Hi

We are long past the timescale for a cross party solution.

The vote is next week and we leave in 15 weeks.

The world is shaking it's head at our stupidity.

Yes but I am hoping we can start again as there are no rules it appears they are making a lot up as they go so restarting may be possible.

Re: Corbyn and his Promises

Compo clearly has no plans for Brexit, either in or out.

This is obvious from the fact that he and his party cannot seem to make their minds up and change their opinions almost daily.

In typical Labour fashion, he and his party criticise the Conservatives over and over again, yet are unable to suggest any definite ideas of their own. This is no doubt because they don't have any.

Compo has only one overriding aim and intention: to call for another general election, which he hopes to win.

I can't imagine that ever happening whilst he is in office. If it did, it wouldn't take very long for them to destroy the country because, quite simply, they are incompetent.

Don't you think the country is already being destroyed?
Jeremy might just be able to save it.

You've Got To Make A Promise Or Two

In this life, one thing counts
Getting votes in large amounts
I'm afraid these don't grow on trees
You've got to make a promise or two, you've
Got to make a promise or two, boys
You've got to make a promise or two

Commie votes don't grow on trees
You've got to make a promise or two

Student debts, we will wipe
Let the kids, swallow that tripe
Nevermind we can't fund it all
You've got to make a promise or two, you've
Got to make a promise or two, boys
You've got to make a promise or two

Let the students eat that hype
You've got to make a promise or two

BrExit fun, we'll stay schtum
Treat the voters like they're dumb
Later we'll come out on one side
You've got to make a promise or two, you've
Got to make a promise or two, boys
You've got to make a promise or two

Fool Remainers all the way
You've got to make a promise or two
