Lovely ... I'm glad Derbyshire was included. We have many pretty villages in our county.

We do have a beautiful country but the sad thing is we are in danger of spoiling these beauty spots because of over tourism and people wanting what they don't really need when visiting these places.

The generations to come will never see them as they were. Unspoiled before the hand of man wrecked them. Like most things today we just can't leave well alone

Wonder how they picked the 20 to showcase. North Yorkshire has much lovelier places than Bainbridge...

Why go abroad when we have so much here? We have miles and miles of countryside and long sandy beaches... Who needs anything more than that?
