No I meant me Rox. My hair is silver (due to turn white at any moment) but I don't think the long look would suit me any more. Long dark hair is quite cool imo.

I think so too, he just needs to lose the trainers now.

Some men do suite it but not many. I prefer the contrast of men having short hair and women’s being long. Perhaps I’m old fashion that way.

I agree . I think anyone who dyes their hair with far more pigment than their hair naturally has, looks hideous but it especially looks bad when men do it. It’s none quite as bad as the comb over but a close second.

My man is ex military so always has it extra short. I don’t fancy seeing him with a pony tail or man bun.

Re: My hair.

Long hair on older guys really depends on the man. It suits Billy Connolly and Simon King (Hairy Biker).

Yes, I think you have to have the face for it.... same for beards and hats.

To me, it also depends on the hair itself, Annie.
Hair on both men, and women, usually gets finer and loses it's youthful lustre as we age.

I think nothing looks worse than fine, dull, wispy looking hair left to grow long, on both men and women.

I do think long hair can be beautiful, but only if it is healthy, lustrous and well cared for.

Re: My hair.

I like long hair on ladies but think it looks better if it's tied back in a bun, pony tail or something. There are decorative clips for holding long hair in place and I think they look good. Perhaps better than leaving the hair to hang.

Then again, it depends on the type of hair and facial shape as to whether the above applies.
