Me too!
But if you blitz it all what happens to the onion and apricots and chickpeas, do they all turn into a squidgy mush?
I like bits in my soup so I'll bypass the blitzing!

Yes, it becomes a smoothie in a sense which is how I like it because it blends all the flavours but I suppose you could leave it a bit lumpy if you prefer.
