True. The manufacturers wouldn't be best pleased if their prices shot up due to EU tariffs.

After Brexit, the EU will have to compete with the rest of the world.

It would be UK tariffs that cause their prices to shoot up. Something we are completely in control of.

Watch the Businesses in the EU start to panic once we get to Feb 1st

Still trying to get your info correct? On 1 februari the transition period starts and nothing changes for your civiluans, c.q. car buyers.
But the negotiations start, or not. If there is panic, it will be among your government.

We've been paying billions in foreign aid to the EU for years. It's not us paying it thats the problem, its the bankrupt economies of the EU that won't get any more when we leave.

We have a year to solve the 'problem', during which the UK will be paying a billion a month. Very well negotiated that!
