I've put the porthole in the side now, have run out of foam sheets for the "metal" I have wait until I can get someone to get into my loft because I put my printer lead in with the Xmas lights by mistake and I need it to print the scene inside the hat. Have you any of the outdoorsy type of shops near you? They should have compasses, or the 'The Range' have them on their website.
