Last time I moaned in a supermarket my partner and I were told to put our clothes back on and leave. We got banned, too, and she wan't best pleased!

I don't think I have ever complained to staff in my local supermarkets, I do chat to the girls because I remember them as 16 year olds straight out of school and have watched them grow into middle aged women. They are all so helpful and seem to know where every item in the place is if you ask them.Anyway if I have any problems I take it to the service desk after all that is what they are there for, they know exactly what to do and they deal with it on the spot. You can't complain about the staff though.
The only supermarket without a service desk is Aldi and I don't shop there.

Quite often I will hear someone having a moan to their shopping partner in crime, just loud enough for me to hear. In fact I'm sure it is actually directed towards me but the partner is a good cover. It's normally a shopper who comes in with 'The trolley anchor man' - you know, normally the man, who just stands there guarding the trolley in case anyone steals it, even though it hasn't been paid for yet. 
I get blamed for vegetables being too small or out of stock (Do they think I grow them?)
. I get blamed for prices being too high (as if I set them) and the other day,, I was told that 'Another one of my trolleys was useless' (Like I should be taking them home to repair them - perhaps storing them in my dining room until they are fixed)
Still, someone did come up to me today and thank me personally for 'Getting the fresh peas in.'
One day a very rude rather posh customer got very irritated with her because they didn't have a product she wanted .....she told my daughter she was useless and that was why she was stood there in a cashmere coat and my daughter was in an overall !
If I could have found that woman I would have rammed that cashmere coat down her throat.
