I'm following Takis Shelter, some sad stories on there too, luckily they end happily with the dogs finding forever homes.

RedPoppy, I cannot take the credit for rescuing the dog, I was merely telling the story of this poor creature.
No doubt there are many, many more suffering daily at the hands of man.

Just read another case of a dog attacked by a machete .
It was an old dog a pet that had wandered from home .
Luckily a man saw it thought At first it had been Hit by a car and rushed it to a vet .

Only a very sick type of person could do that to an animal.
