Re: Allocated car space.

Pauline, I’d imagine, you are losing sleep over your parking problem? I can tell it’s getting to you and you don’t need all the hassle.
I have a feeling some of those neighbours are doing it on purpose now, to rile you.

I can only suggest some sort of post that they can’t move.

Re: Allocated car space.

Hi

Some absolutely crap advice posted, but there we go.

Allocated car spaces are subject to the law, especially when it comes to clamping.

There is a huge difference between an allocated car parking space which is part of your property and one which is not your land but which you only have a right to park on.

A simple google search helps.

Re: Allocated car space.

I knew of one such case the neighbour despite polite requests continued to park in the space .
One night his car was keyed and he moved it .

I don't understand that, the police wouldn't get involved when members of the public parked in my space, they said it was a civil matter,I guess the law must be different in certain places.

Anyway,I am ordering a bollard today.

Re: Allocated car space.

Keyed means that someone caused damage to the car with a key run along its side .
