A hasher is one who goes hashing .

The Hash is social running and is short for Hash House Harriers .

It's done all over the world .

The runs are usually an hour or so -depending on how fast you run .
The run is set by a hare usually using flour as a marker
As there are ' checks ' and false trails set the slower runners have time to catch up with the FRB s ( Front Running Bastards ) -hashers have a language all of their own .
Some run once a week or once a month.
I have always run overseas where it is warm .
Although there are hashes all over the uk
I have run at night ( full moon Hash ) too.

Some hashers make it their life travel overseas for special hashes .

I have hashed to date in Brunei Belize Barbados and Spain .
Belize and Brunei especially were wonderful places to Hash .
