Just for my tuppenceworth.....Offence is taken, not given. If someone doesn't like what is said, then the onus is on them to deal with that. You can speak your mind without being aggressive about it (which is where the mix up happens, I think) The SNP are going way overboard with this hate crime bill, and I believe it will come back to bite 'em on the bahookey.Re: Freedom of speech
Any speech ,that is hate driven, benefits no one, depending on your definition of “ hate speech”......can you imagine having all that hate and anger inside of you.....don’t take what people say personally, but, surely there is a line to be drawn.....just my thinking on the subject matter.Re: Freedom of speech
